Requests for items to be on the agenda shall be submitted electronically through forms available on the city website or in writing by filing in the office of the City Clerk. Requests must be filed at least 27 hours prior to the time set for the special meetings or by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before the regular meeting. The City Clerk shall place upon the agenda of any regular, special, or study session meeting for only those matters which have been authorized by a member of the City Council, the Mayor or the City Administrator.
