(A) Permit acquired. Any consumer wanting to fill tanks or large equipment with water and not having a permanent connection, or contract with the city, shall be required to apply for a temporary bulk water permit.
(B) Deposit. Along with the application, the consumer must provide a deposit to guarantee payment of the water and any additional fees. The Water Commissioner may waive any required deposit on a case by case basis.
(C) Rate. Consumers shall be charged $0.30 per each 100 gallons of water pumped.
(D) Additional hook-up and disconnect. If the consumer is not able to use the overhead fill station available at the City Maintenance shed, then an additional fee of $40 shall be charged for each time a hook-up and disconnect is needed for the meter and backflow device to be allowed to calibrate the water usage from a fire hydrant.
