(A) There is hereby established the Ravenna Community Health Clinic Building Fund to receive all gifts, contributions, and devises made for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, improving, and remodeling such Ravenna Health Clinic Building and premises, and to receive all funds, raised by taxation for the aforesaid purposes in Neb. RS 17-964.
(B) In accordance with Neb. RS 17-964, the Medical Clinic shall be managed by the Mayor and City Council, or the Mayor and City Council may delegate their management to either a five member facility board, if one is created by the Mayor and Council pursuant to Neb. RS 17-966 or the Community Redevelopment Authority of the city.
(C) The Clerk/Treasurer of the city is hereby appointed as custodian of the Ravenna Community Health Clinic Building Fund.
