§ 134.03  PROMOTING GAMBLING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Engage in bookmaking;
   (B)   Receive money in connection with any unlawful gambling scheme; or
   (C)   Knowingly participate in any unlawful gambling as a player by placing a bet.
