(A) It is hereby declared unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to connect, tap into any existing service line, or hook up to any community antenna television service line without having first contracted with the operator of the community antenna television system for the reception of any television program or other audio visual electrical signals.
(B) Every person, firm, or corporation failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall for each offense, be fined in any sum and may be prosecuted for a separate continuing offense for each day that any television program or other audio visual electrical signal is received in violation of this chapter.
