§ 95.02  ANIMALS; PROHIBITED ANIMALS AND FOWL; SPECIAL PERMITS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain within the corporate limits any horse, mule, sheep, cow, goat, swine, or other livestock. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain within the corporate limits any poultry, chickens, turkeys, geese, or any other fowls, provided an exception may be granted for 4-H or similar projects of domestic animals such as rabbits, if an application for an exemption is applied for and obtained from the City Animal Control Officer. After inspection of the premises and a finding of fact to the effect no nuisance will be created thereby, such special permit will only be issued for a term of one year for the keeping of such animals, and only where, due to the condition, size of the lot or acreage involved and determination from other premises, that no nuisance will be created.
