§ 91.11  MONUMENTS.
   (A)   Persons desiring to erect monuments, tombstones, or other structures shall first procure a permit from the Municipal Clerk/Treasurer.
   (B)   The Cemetery Board shall review all such applications and shall give written approval for any permit prior to the issuance by the Municipal Clerk/Treasurer of the permit.
