§ 30.43  ORDINANCES; STYLE, TITLE.
   (A)   Style.  The style of all municipal ordinances shall be:  "Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Ravenna, Nebraska:...."

   (B)   No ordinance shall contain a subject which is not clearly expressed in the title.
