(A) It shall be unlawful to remain in city parks between the hours of 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. except in the case of a special or organized event where permission has been received in advance and except for events, which, because of delays or extended playing periods, exceed these limits.
(B) Any person found in violation as hereinbefore defined shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
