(A) The term STREET
defines the streets which run in an East and West direction, and the term
AVENUE
are all those streets which run in a North and South direction.
(B) Parking is allowed on both sides of streets for one block from Grand Avenue to Milan Avenue and Grand Avenue to Alba Avenue within the Business District from Syracuse Street to Utica Street.
(C) Parking is prohibited on the north side of all streets 36 feet or greater in width, in which case parking is allowed on both sides of those streets, except for the following:
(1) West Utica - No parking on either side.
(2) East Genoa - No parking on the South side from Grand Avenue to the alley between Grand Avenue and Milan Avenue.
(3) East Genoa - No parking on either side from Milan Avenue to the East city limits.
(D) Parking is prohibited on the West side of all avenues except those avenues 36 feet or greater in width, in which case parking is allowed on both sides of those avenues, except for the following:
(1) Grand Avenue - Parking is prohibited on both sides from Syracuse Street to the north city limits.
(2) Parking is prohibited on either side of Pine Road.
