(A) Upon notice from the Water Commissioner, the use of water for all uses except domestic uses shall cease during a fire alarm or during a fire. Water use may resume upon notice by the Water Commissioner.
(B) In the case of shortage, imminent shortage, drought, possible contamination, or for other good or sufficient cause, the use of water may be restricted according to a restriction plan adopted by resolution of the City Council.
(C) Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of each failure to comply.
