Provided the municipality secures and maintains a permit from the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality, pursuant to Title 128, the municipality shall designate and provide an area within the municipal landfill for the receipt, storage, and/or disposal of trees, tree limbs, and tree branches gathered from within the municipal solid waste jurisdiction area. Such disposal site shall be made available, at no charge, at the time or times specified by the City Council.
