§ 51.10  LICENSED FACILITIES.
   (A)   All nonhazardous municipal solid waste collection within the municipal solid waste jurisdiction area shall be disposed of only in a licensed solid waste facility approved by the City Council.
   (B)   Any hazardous waste shall be disposed of only in the manner provided by state or federal laws and regulations.
