§ 11.01  OFFICIAL CORPORATE SEAL.
   (A)   There shall be owned by the city and kept in the office the City Clerk/Treasurer a common seal of the corporation.
   (B)   The City Clerk/Treasurer shall affix an impression of the official seal to all warrants, licenses, ordinances, and other papers issued by order of the City Council to be signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the Clerk/Treasurer.
