Whenever, upon inspection of a residential rental dwelling, rooming house or dormitory, the City of Ravenna finds that conditions or practices exist which are in violation of the provisions of this Code or of any applicable rules issued pursuant thereto, the owner or operator thereof shall be served with notice of such violation in the manner provided in Section 1472.08. Such notice shall state that unless the violations cited are corrected within a reasonable time, the housing license may be suspended.
