Any signs, newspaper/magazine boxes, news racks, etc., illegally placed or posted in violation of Chapter 1458 herein, may be collected by the City designee. If the expiration date of the item has passed upon removal, said items will be disposed of immediately. Items without an expiration date will be stored by the Building Department for a period of thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, items not claimed by the owners may be disposed of in a manner deemed appropriate. (Ord. 2008-119. Passed 8-4-08.)
