1438.02 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS.

No building or other structure shall be erected or altered in, or moved to within, the fire limits established in Section 1438.01, unless it conforms to the construction specifications provided in Chapter 7 (OAC 4101:2-7) of the Ohio Basic Building Code, as adopted in Section 1402.01.
