1438.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

   The fire limits of the City are hereby established as follows: on teh north, the center of Poplar Lane and a line due east and west; on the east, the center of Walnut Street and a line due north and south; on the south, the center of Lynn Lane and a line due east and west; on the west, the center of Vine Street and a line due north and south.
