The Electrical Inspector shall, upon the request of the Fire Chief, make an inspection of any wiring, device or equipment installed within the City to ascertain whether the same is in a faulty or dangerous condition. Upon the occurrence of a fire or other mishap, the Electrical Inspector, upon request of the Fire Chief, shall investigate to determine whether or not any faulty or defective electric wiring, device or equipment was involved.
