No person shall make a connection from a source of electric energy to any electric wiring, device or equipment that has been disconnected or ordered to be disconnected by the Electrical Inspector, or the use of which has been ordered to be discontinued by the Electrical Inspector, until a stamp of approval has been issued by the Electrical Inspector authorizing the reconnection and use of such wiring, device or equipment.
