Effective January 1, 2022, a fee of eight dollars and fifty cents ($8.50) per month per billing unit shall be charged for collection of recyclable material, as defined by the Portage County contract, as well as yard waste. Those residential structures with an excess of three billing units will be charged a fee of three dollars ($3.00) per month per billing unit will be charged for City curbside services for yard waste.
