1062.05 BI-WEEKLY COLLECTION OF RECYCLABLE MATERIAL.

Collection of recyclable materials shall be bi-weekly and such material shall be set out for collection as follows: Glass, metal cans, newspaper and cardboard shall be placed in a recycling bin or bins, with the newspaper flat in the bottom and the cardboard on top.
