(a) Effective January 1, 2016, the following billing rates for sewer charges shall be applicable.
(1) Charges per bill $11.30
(2) Charge per connection 3.47 per month
(3) Volumetric charge: per 1,000 cubic feet 51.96
(4) Volumetric charge: (Portage County
Sewer Agreement) Per 1994 Settlement Agreement
(5) Annual Portage County Debt
Service Costs: Per 1994 Settlement Agreement

(b) There shall be a ten percent reduction in the sewer rate for all qualified senior citizens and disabled residents of the City. The discount shall be applied for through the office of the Director of Public Service.
(c) There is hereby imposed a ten percent penalty on the net amount due on a bill if the bill has not been paid by the fifteenth of the month.
