822.04 ADVERTISING; SIGNS.
   (a)   Any person wishing to conduct a sale may advertise the sale through all branches of the public media available.
   (b)   Any person conducting a sale may display a sign or signs on or in the surrounding area of the sale with proper permission from the property owner. No sign shall be placed on the devil strip or on any utility pole, in accordance with Chapter 1458 of the Building and Housing Code.
   (c)   All signs must be removed from the site immediately following the hour of the sale.
   (d)   No sign shall be placed in such a manner as to obstruct the view of pedestrian or motor vehicle traffic.
