(a) Any person, upon written request as provided herein, may obtain reasonable advance noti-fication of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is scheduled to be discussed.
(b) Such person may file a written or oral request with the Clerk specifying the person's name and email address. Such request may be canceled by written request from such person to the Clerk.
(c) The Clerk shall, if possible, give such advance notification under this section by written notification. If such written notification cannot be given or has not been given, the Clerk shall give oral notification.
(d) The contents of written notification under this section may be a copy of the agenda of the meeting. Written notification under this section may be accomplished by giving advance written notification, by copies of the agenda, of all meetings of the body that is the subject of such re-quest.
