EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1991-160, passed December 31, 1991, established the ward boundaries for the four wards following the decennial census conducted in 1990 as those that are established in Section 206.01 of these Codified Ordinances, inasmuch as there was not a sufficient shift in the population of the wards to require that the boundaries thereof be changed.
