(a) Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the first Monday of each month except for legal holidays and days on which a quorum of Council will not be available. Committee of the Whole shall hold Work Sessions on the second to last Monday of each month except for legal holidays and days on which a quorum of Council will not be available. Written notice of days on which regular meetings of Council will not be held shall be posted. Regular meetings and work sessions of Council will commence at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall.
(b) Regular meetings of any other body shall be established by resolution of that body or as heretofore established by such body.
