(A) The municipality shall appoint 1 official voting member to represent the municipality on the Arts and Cultural District Coordinating Council. The Arts and Culture District Coordinating Council shall make every effort for the members of the Coordinating Council, to include, but not necessarily be limited to, representatives from the:
(1) Raton Choral Society;
(2) Raton Public Schools;
(3) Raton Chamber;
(4) Shuler Restoration Commission;
(5) Raton Arts and Humanities Council;
(6) Santa Fe Trail School for the Performing Arts;
(7) El Raton Movie Theater;
(8) Raton Museum.
(B) The municipality supports the implementation priority projects for the Raton MainStreet and Arts and Cultural District as adopted through the Raton Arts and Cultural District Cultural Plan and the MainStreet District Master Plan and any revisions recommended by the Arts and Cultural District Coordinating Council and the Raton MainStreet board, so adopted by the municipality for either plan.
