(A) The requirements for a community sewage disposal system are:
(1) In the corporate limits, connection to a city sewerage system; and
(2) In the extraterritorial (3 mile) limits, construction of 1 or more central sewage disposal systems approved by the City and the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Agency.
(B) If the development plan or the plat provides for connection to an existing sewerage system, the plan shall include a written agreement with the city of other sewerage system authority that service will be provided to the area proposed for development.
(C) If the development plan or the plat provide for construction of a central sewage disposal system, then the requirements set forth in § 155.31 shall apply.
