(A) Utilities, storm sewers, or other storm drainage facilities, and street improvements shall be provided in each new subdivision in accordance with the standards and requirements described in the schedules in § 154.088.
(B) The standards and specifications for each type of new subdivision development shall be as follows:
(1) For Class A subdivisions, improvements are to be in accord with Standard A;
(2) For Class B subdivisions, improvements are to be in accord with Standard B;
(3) For Class C subdivisions, improvements are to be in accord with Standard C.
