The schedules of required utilities, storm drainage, and street improvements in new subdivisions are as follows:
(A) Public water per franchise - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C;
(B) Public sanitary sewer system; except that Class B subdivisions outside the corporate limits of the city are exempt from this provision - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C;
(C) Storm sewer system and other drainage improvements shall be as per plans approved by the City Engineer - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C;
(D) Grading and centerline gradients shall be as per plans approved by the City Engineer - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C;
(E) Major and secondary arterial streets; cross section as determined by the City Engineer - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C;
(F) Collector streets:
(1) For subdivisions located within the corporate limits of the city the following - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C; and
(2) For subdivisions located without the corporate limits of the city and for Class B subdivisions located within the corporate limits of the city - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C.
(G) Local streets:
(1) For subdivisions located within the corporate limits of the city the following - Standard A and Standard B; and
(2) For subdivisions located without the corporate limits of the city and for Class B subdivisions located within the corporate limits of the city - Standard A, Standard B, and Standard C.
