For the purpose of §§ 154.085 et seq., the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SUBDIVISION, CLASS A. For the purpose of subdivision required improvements, a Class A subdivision is a subdivision within which no lot zoned or intended for use as a residential lot has a frontage of more than 175 feet and/or an area of more than 1 acre.
SUBDIVISION, CLASS B. For the purpose of subdivision required improvements, a Class B subdivision is a subdivision within which no lot zoned or intended for use as a residential lot has a frontage of 175 feet or less and/or an area of one acre or less.
SUBDIVISION, CLASS C. For the purpose of subdivision required improvements, a Class C subdivision is a subdivision designed or intended for industrial or commercial use or zoned therefor, or part of a subdivision so designed, or so intended, or so zoned.
