Within 30 days from the submission pursuant to § 154.026, the City Manager shall inform the subdivider that the sketch plan and data as submitted or as modified apparently do or do not meet the objectives of this chapter. If the City Manager finds that the sketch plan and supplementary data do not meet the objectives of this chapter, he or she should provide information in writing to the subdivider which would assist him or her in causing his or her plan to be brought into conformance.
