§ 130.093 UNLAWFUL TO CONNECT DEVICE TO PUBLIC UTILITY POLES, WIRES, AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to install, place, or maintain, or permit or suffer to be placed or maintained, any device of which the person may be in possession or control, upon any poles, crossarms, wires, or any other part of any overhead system belonging to any public utility company, including telegraph, telephone, and electric light, power, distribution, and transmission companies.
