The Colorado portion of Sugarite Canyon Park shall remain a wilderness area as nearly as possible and shall be available to the public for recreation, hiking, picnicking, camping, and nature study. Hunting and fishing may be permitted in this area only upon the terms and conditions as the City Commission may from time to time permit.
