(A) The Municipal Court shall have jurisdiction of all offenses committed under this chapter, and all fines collected under this chapter shall be paid into the treasury of the city.
(B) Whenever in this chapter an act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, or whenever in this chapter the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, and no specific penalty is provided therefore, the violation of any provision or the failure to perform any act shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
(C) Each and every violation or failure to perform the act shall constitute a separate offense and a separate violation of an ordinance of this city, unless otherwise specifically provided.
(D) In addition to other penalties provided in this chapter, the city may take legal action to ensure compensation for damages and destruction of city land and property.
