§ 95.42 ACCESS TO NEW MEXICO PORTION OF PARK; ACCESS TO FLUMES OF LAKES DOROTHY, MALOYA, AND ALICE.
   (A)   Access for recreational purposes may be had to the New Mexico portion of the park by either land or water, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
   (B)   Access to the flumes of Lake Dorothy, Lake Maloya, and Lake Alice is prohibited.
