§ 93.054 INSURANCE.
   A permittee, prior to the commencement of excavation work under §§ 93.030 et seq., 93.050 et seq., 93.070 et seq., 93.090 et seq., and 93.105 et seq., shall furnish the Street Superintendent satisfactory evidence, in writing, that the permittee has in force, and will maintain in force during the performance of the excavation work and the period of the excavation permit, public liability insurance of not less than $100,000 for any 1 person and $300,000 for any 1 accident, and property damage insurance of not less than $50,000, duly issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in this state.
