§ 93.032 INSPECTIONS.

   (A)   The Street Superintendent shall make the inspections as are reasonably necessary in the enforcement of §§ 93.030 et seq., 93.050 et seq., 93.070 et seq., 93.090 et seq., and 93.105 et seq.

   (B)   The Street Superintendent shall have the authority to promulgate and cause to be enforced such rules and regulations as may be reasonably necessary to enforce and carry out the intent of §§ 93.030 et seq., 93.050 et seq., 93.070 et seq., 93.090 et seq., and 93.105 et seq.
