(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any water user of the municipal water system, whether individual, corporate, or otherwise, who shall violate the terms of any restrictive resolution passed pursuant to § 54.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined $5 for the first offense, $25 for the second offense under the same resolution, and $50 for a third offense under the same resolution.
