§ 54.01 RESTRICTIONS ON WATER USE DURING DROUGHT OR OTHER EMERGENCY.
   (A)   Whenever, in the judgment of the City Commission, the municipal water supply of the city shall be endangered from drought or other cause so that it appears reasonably necessary to apply and enforce restrictions upon the use of water from the system, the City Commission may, by resolution determining that an emergency exists, impose restrictions upon the use of water from the municipal water system of any kind or character, or as to the times when water may be used for any particular purpose. The resolution shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the city.
   (B)   Upon the cessation of the need for any restriction imposed by the Commission under division (A) above, a resolution to that effect shall be adopted by the City Commission and published 1 time in a newspaper of general circulation in the city, whereupon it shall be of no further effect.
