§ 53.071 PROHIBITIONS ON CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE OF CITY LIMITS.
   Use of the city sewage works will not be granted to persons outside the limits of the city who are not supplied with city water, and no private well supply shall contribute to any sewage or industrial waste flow entering the city sewage works.
