§ 53.068 RECORD OF BUILDING CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   The Water and Sewage Department shall keep a record of all building connections made, the purpose for which they are to be used, and the name of the owner of the property, his or her agent, or representative.
   (B)   This information shall be reported to the City Engineer.
