§ 53.062 UNLAWFUL ACTS RELATING TO SEWER CONNECTIONS.
   Every person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor who:
   (A)   Shall in any way interfere with the officers of the city in any discharge of their duties either in the tapping of any sewer pipe, main, or lateral belonging to the city or the laying or connecting of any pipe, main, or lateral;
   (B)   Shall dig up or cause to be dug up any street or alley in the city for the purpose of connecting with the sewer system of the city without first obtaining a permit from the Water and Sewage Department; or
   (C)   Having a permit, shall dig up any portion of any street or alley of the city for the purpose of connecting with the sewer system of the city and shall fail or neglect to place the street or alley in its original condition under the supervision of the authorized officers of the city and as required by them, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
