§ 53.061 DAMAGE TO SYSTEM UNLAWFUL.

(A) No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the municipal sewage works.

(B) Any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
