§ 53.021 EXTENSIONS OF WATER MAINS.

All water main extensions shall be of a minimum size of 6 inches in diameter, and the assessment therefor shall include the cost and provision for the installation of fire hydrants according to specifications set forth by ordinance, at distances recommended and necessary for the ultimate installation of fire fighting systems and according to state law.
