§ 53.016 POLLUTION OF WATER SUPPLY PROHIBITED; ACTIVITIES IN AND NEAR WATER SUPPLY AND SOURCES THEREOF; PERMITS REQUIRED TO ENTER FENCED WATER SUPPLY AREAS.
   (A)   No person shall do any act whatsoever which shall tend to foul or render impure or unwholesome any of the waters or streams tributary or contributing to the water supply of the city.
   (B)   No person shall cast into or allow to flow in or fall into any of the waters contributing to the water supply or into any reservoir or lake belonging to the city, any filth, sewage, carrion, garbage, minerals, clay, rock, or earth of any kind, or any excretion or defecation of animals or persons, clothing, paper, rags, or any extraneous substance.
   (C)   In the waters described in divisions (A) and (B) above, no person shall:
      (1)   Wash, swim, wade, or bathe therein;
      (2)   Bathe any animals therein;
      (3)   Cause any animal to enter or swim therein;
      (4)   Shoot over, therein or near thereto; or
      (5)   Do any act or thing that would pollute or tend to pollute the watersheds of the streams or reservoirs.
   (D)   No person shall enter within any fence enclosing any lake, reservoir, stream, or watershed belonging to or contributing to the water supply of the city to fish, hunt, camp, or for any other purpose whatsoever, without first having a written permit from the proper authorities.
