§ 53.001 WATER AND SEWER FACILITY FEES.

   (A)   Residential.

      (1)   Water fee - $250 per lot residential development within city limits;

      (2)   Sewer fee - $250 per lot residential development within city limits; and

      (3)   Water fee - $1,000 per lot residential development outside city limits.

   (B)   Commercial.

      (1)   Quote issued on a case-by-case basis dependent upon water/sewer projected usage and requested line/tap size - $500 minimum in city limits; $1,000 minimum out of city limits;

      (2)   Water impact fee - $100 per 1,000 gallons of projected daily use; and

      (3)   Sewer impact fee may also be affected by quality of sewage to be discharged - $100 per 1,000 gallons of projected daily discharge.
