All electric meters and meter accessories shall be installed and placed on the outside of the house, structure, or building on which installed, at a place and in a position that the same may be readily accessible to the agents, servants, and employees of the Raton Public Service Company for the purpose of inspection, reading, repair, and supervision. The making of the installations shall be under the supervision of, and approved by, the Raton Public Service Company.
