§ 52.07 METER DEPOSITS MAY BE CHARGED FOR DELINQUENCIES; DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE FOR NONPAYMENT; DUE DATES AND DELINQUENCY DATES FOR ELECTRIC BILLS.
   (A)   If at any time a person should desire to discontinue the use of electric service, he or she shall notify the company in writing and shall accompany his or her notification with payment of all the arrears, if there be any. In case the notification is not accompanied with payment of the charges, then the company shall deduct from any deposit the amount of the electric charges incurred through the customer’s meter, and the balance of the deposit, if any, shall be returned to the customer.
   (B)   The company shall be authorized to charge any delinquent monthly electric charge against any meter deposit provided for; and when the amount of the charge shall exceed the amount of the deposit, the company shall be authorized to discontinue the services until the arrears have been paid in full.
   (C)   All bills shall be due and payable on the first day of each month, and delinquent after the tenth day of each month for all previous readings.
